I would just like to compliment Jon and his team for the superb and professional fire cover and control room response they offered me as a newly appointed Event Safety Officer (ESO) for a number of prestigious events at the Goodwood venues this past year.
The team were well lead, responsive to demands and proactive as well as reactive to events and other situations they were either detailed to attend or came across themselves.

I am a retired fire fighter with 32 years’ experience at all levels of the Fire & Rescue Service. Since retiring I have continued to work in the public safety sector.
During this time, I have had the occasion to work closely with Fire Tech UK.
I have found the whole Fire Tech team extremely professional in all aspects of their operations. Their equipment, vehicles and operational readiness is very good. Training and preparedness are paramount in their work ethic. The administration, control room function and support elements of the company are both very highly skilled and effective.
I have also seen the response element of this company at 11 incidents and they are simple to describe – speedy, safe, efficient and professional.

Elite Helicopters are a Commercial Air Transport and an approved Flight Training operator based at Goodwood in West Sussex. Due to the nature of our scope of work we have a requirement for annual staff training and Fire Extinguisher servicing. We have been using the services of Jon and his team at Firetech for more than 10 years now and I do not have one bad word to say about our experience of working with them over all that time. Jon will do all he can to support his customers, very often going above and beyond to ensure you have what you need when you need it, better still his services are reasonably priced.

We regularly work with Firetech in support at Special Events such as the Goodwood Festival of Speed and also contract his services to support us at ad-hoc landing sites when we are conducting multi aircraft operation. On these occasions Firetech have always proved to be reliable. They have a great team who are always friendly and helpful.

Our annual Fire Extinguisher servicing requirements for both internal office and hangar use and external operational use is undertaken by Firetech and we are advised well in advance of any replacements required or with suggested updates to our equipment.

Our Ground Crew, Pilots and Office Staff undergo regular (annual) refresher training for Fire & First Aid, again a service Jon organises and provides for us, efficiently and cost effectively.

Best of all though is the fact that we at Elite all get on well with Jon and his team, we like working with them and trust them and I believe these feelings are reciprocal.
